Debit Cards

Pay with convenience!

Debit cards give you the flexibility to use your money when you need it, and wherever you are. FTSB offers two debit card products for your convenience.

 


 

Consumer Shazam Mastercard

This debit card provides you quick access to your funds through purchases and ATM uses. It is available when you open any one of our checking account products.

 


 

Health Savings Account (HSA) Shazam Mastercard Debit Card

Make paying for medical expenses easier and more convenient with our HSA debit card. Available to Health Savings Accountholders.

 


 

Debit Card Falcon Alerts

All of FTSB’s debit card holders are enrolled in Shazam’s Falcon Alert program. Falcon provides real time scoring on debit card transaction, to watch for suspicious activity. If transactions seem out of your normal routine, Shazam will put a temporary block on your card for your protection. Shazam will then send a text message or call to confirm if the debit card purchases were legitimate. Shazam text messages will come from 1-888-530-1648 or 202-852-9261.

If you need to confirm your transactions or remove a block on your card, call Shazam at 1-800-383-8000.

 


 

Shazam Brella

Keep an eye on your account with this Mobile App brought to you by Shazam. Card fraudsters are continuously becoming more sophisticated. With the new Shazam Brella mobile app, you’ll be even better equipped to spot fraud as it happens.

SHAZAM Brella gives you the ability to:

  • Identify suspicious activity on your account – immediately as transactions post.
  • Receive email alerts 24/7 whenever a suspicious debit card purchase is made.
  • Sign up to receive alerts when a purchase hits your account and a card wasn’t swiped (think Internet or over-the-phone orders).
  • Receive emails anytime a purchase was made in a foreign country.

You’ll know right away whether the purchases are valid, so you can contact Shazam or us immediately to hot card your card.

The app also allows you to access your debit card account information from anywhere at any time. Wondering how much money is in your account? SHAZAM Brella can tell you. Curious to see if that deposit has posted? The app can tell you that, too.

 

Downloading the app is easy. Simply follow the instructions below.

  1. On your smartphone, visit the Apple Store or Play Store.
  2. Search for “Shazam Brella”
  3. Select the application (free of charge), then install.
  4. After installation is complete, follow the prompts by starting with entering your card number.
  5. Once the setup is complete, you will be able to view your account information and manage your settings.
