Online Banking Enhancements on the Horizon

We are excited to announce enhancements are coming to our online banking services!

What you need to know:

  • Online banking will be unavailable Thursday, October 4th at 12:00 PM until Monday, October 8th (late morning). During that period, information about transactions will be available by calling any of our branch locations during business hours.
  • Effective Monday, October 8th, you will login to the new online banking by visiting our website as usual ( or download the new app by searching “FTSB Mobile” in your app store.
  • If you need to access statements from October 2016 and earlier, please download them to your computer or print them prior to October 4th at 12:00 PM. They will not be available after that date.

What you will need to do the first time you login starting October 8th:  

  • You will login using your existing username as this will not change.
  • Your temporary password will be your existing username plus the last four digits of your online banking user’s social security number (SSN).  For example, if your username is JDOE and the last four of the SSN or TIN are 1234, then your temporary password is JDOE1234.
  • You will then be prompted to select a new password followed by new security questions and answers.

Will online banking look the same?

  • Online banking and the mobile app will have a completely new look.
  • When you login for the first time, you will only see running transaction history from October 5th going forward.  History prior to October 5th is viewable within the “statements” area of the new online banking.  You will have access to 24 months of statements with images. Please note: Statements may not be available until after October 12th.

What will happen to my scheduled bill payments and payees?

  • Bill Pay will be unavailable Wednesday, October 3rd at 4:00 PM until October 8th.
  • All existing bill payments that are scheduled prior to October 3rd at 4:00 PM will be processed as expected.
  • Bill payments that are scheduled after 4:00 PM on October 3rd for a processing date between October 4 - October 7 will not be processed until October 8th.  The payments will be processed, however, note that there is a processing delay.
  • All Bill Pay information, including vendors and scheduled payments, WILL convert to the new Bill Pay.

Will the Mobile App still work?

  • The current mobile banking app will be disabled Wednesday, October 3rd at 4:00 PM.
  • Beginning October 8th, our new app will be available for download by searching for “FTSB Mobile” in your app store. The new app will direct you through re-enrollment in this service.
  • Remember to delete the old FTSB app on your device.
  • All of the same features you enjoy with our current app will be available including mobile deposit, bill pay, funds transfers, ATM locator, and more.
  • New mobile features include access to eStatements and account alerts.
