Changing banks the Farmers Trust & Savings Bank (FTSB) way is easy. Our convenient Switch Kit has all the forms and instructions that you need. Just a few simple steps and you can enjoy all the benefits of banking with us!

Make the switch in just five easy steps…

Step 1. Stop using your old account immediately. Make sure enough funds are available to cover any automatic payments that may yet need to be withdrawn.

Step 2. For direct deposit vendors (payroll, interest payments, etc.) simply complete the Authorization to Change Direct Deposit* form. If you have your Social Security direct deposited, we will be able to help you switch this payment with a telephone call when you are opening your account.

Step 3. Change all of your automatic payments by completing the Authorization to Change Automatic Payment* form.

Step 4. Fill out the Authorization to Close My Account* form. When you receive the final statement for your closed account, destroy all remaining blank checks for that account. This is a security measure for your protection. If you prefer, we would be happy to shred them for you at the bank.

Step 5. Bring in all completed forms to one of our four convenient locations to open your account.
