Analysis

The Bank reserves the right to impose an analysis fee in addition to the minimum balance fee. The analysis fee will be determined by utilizing an internal account analysis as developed by the Bank. The Bank will notify the customer of its intentions sixty days prior to imposing the analysis fee.
